We at Rock's Cellar value your satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, our generous 30-day return policy covers you. To initiate a return, contact us at info@rockscellar.com. We ensure a smooth process and offer a full refund or credit. Prior approval and a copy of the shipment invoice are required for returns.

Unfortunately,  we cannot cover shipping costs or credit card processing fees UNLESS  the return is due to our error or transit damage.  Credit card processors do not refund the expenses we incur, which can result in significant costs. Refunds or credits are processed after we safely receive the returned item.
