We ship via Carrier-calculated automatic rates: USPS, United States only. For items in our local store, local pickup is the only option.

Order preparation time is generally 2 days, and packing is Monday through Friday. If an order is received after 4 p.m. Central Time, it will be processed the next business day.

We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely. If goods are sent back due to a wrong address supplied by the customer, you will be charged for additional shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Reference Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this number to be registered in the system. After you've received your shipping confirmation email, you can start tracking your order. However, please note that the tracking information may not be immediately available.
